Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade products every one will be slightly differenent.  I do my best to quality check all glassware before shipping out but sometimes things happen during shipping or I missed one. 

If you believe your product is defective please send me a message with pictures of the blemished area and I will do my best to remedy the situation, whether it be a full refund or a replacement.
