These glassblowing lessons are designed to welcome people of all ages and skill levels to the art of working with glass. My goal is for each participant to leave with a unique piece they've crafted in the flame and a sense of accomplishment and new skills in this fascinating art form.
Throughout the experience, you'll learn essential techniques in a safe, supportive environment. Every step is demonstrated and supervised to ensure you’re comfortable and confident as you work. Safety is our top priority, and I’ll guide you through properly handling tools, equipment, and materials to keep the experience safe and enjoyable.

Whether you’re trying glassblowing for the first time or looking to expand your skills, these lessons are designed to be educational, inspiring, and—above all—fun!

Preparing for your flameworking class & what to expect:
- Wear comfortable clothing made of natural materials. Try to avoid wearing anything dangling or too loose.
- Wear as little jewelry as possible.
- For those who need eye correction, we recommend wearing contacts. If contacts are uncomfortable or inaccessible, small, lightweight glasses are preferred, as you will have to wear our special glasses over them.
- Closed-toed shoes are recommended
- Items created during class will need to cool slowly in a kiln overnight. Items will be available for pick-up or shipping ($10 shipping) the next day. We will hold on to your items for 3 months after your class, after which they will no longer be available for pick up or shipping.
